When is the best time to have an estate sale?

An estate sale is usually tied to the sale of a house, please consult your realtor for advice as to timing. Many sales take place between the acceptance of an offer and the closing date. Our estate sale can attract over 600 customers, and many of which are interested in the house itself. We will gladly provide your realtor’s lisitng sheet at the estate sale.


What is my cost for hiring Steeple Run?

There are no upfront, hidden or out of pocket costs to you. We work stricktly on a commission of total of sales, which are deducted from your proceeds after the event. These details are spelled out in a contract signed by both parties.
